Some of our suppliers:

The Cornish Duck Company – Roger and Tanya’s ducks are free range (their estate comprises large outdoor runs, paddlings pools and even a retirement village). The quality of the meat is consistently excellent.

Cornish Orchards – Excellent apple juice and cider from Duloe near Plymouth. The farm uses it’s own fruit as well as crops from small and often very ancient orchards across the West Country.

Ellis Wharton Wines – Championing small producers, artisan wine makers and indigenous grape varieties. The leading supplier of organic, biodynamic and natural wines in the West Country. Great expert advise on food and wine matching and fresh ideas!

Experience Wines – Based in Truro, this local wine merchant has an excellent selection of wines from around the world which is always growing with Nigel’s exciting new discoveries.

Forest Produce – Company Director Tony Quick was a chef for 10 years before turning his hand to the supply of top quality ingredients for restaurants across the South West.

Hanson Fine Foods – Thomas Hanson travels throughout Cornwall in what can only be described as a cheese lovers idea of heaven, full to the gunnels with every British and Cornish cheese imaginable be it soft, hard, runny, ripe, rind-washed, nettle-wrapped, blue, sheep, goat, cow……

Matthew Stevens and Son – Respected Cornish fish merchant – the company is now in the hands of the third generation.

Trevaskis Farm – As well as supplying local restaurants, this large farm has a shop, restaurant and an eduction program.

Wild Harbour Fish Company – Supplying 100% sustainable fish, of the highest quality and freshness, from their own boat and by sourcing from others in the local Cornish Fishing Community.

Some of our business partners:

Porthgwidden Beach Cafe – our sister restaurant is located on the smallest but most charming beach in St Ives. The sun deck is a great spot for people watching and taking in the views across the bay. The menu is Asian-influenced but with more of a cafe feel than Porthminster. No trip to St Ives is complete without a visit to our little sister!
